Step 1: Sign Up or Log In

• Visit the KAYAK Website:
• Go to KAYAK (https://www.kayak.com).
• Create an Account or Log In:
• If you don’t have an account, click on ‘Sign Up’ and follow the instructions to create one.
• If you already have an account, click on ‘Log In’ and enter your credentials.

Step 2: Access KAYAK Trips

• Navigate to KAYAK Trips:
• Once logged in, click on the ‘Trips’ option in the menu at the top of the page.
• You can also directly access it via KAYAK Trips (https://www.kayak.com/trips).

Step 3: Create a New Trip

• Start a New Trip:
• Click on ‘Create a Trip’ or the ‘+’ button to start a new trip.
• Enter Trip Details:
• Name your trip and add any initial details such as destinations and dates.

Step 4: Search for Flights, Hotels, and Car Rentals

• Search for Flights:
• Use the search bar to find flights by entering your departure city, destination, and travel dates.
• Review the search results, compare prices, and select the flight that best fits your needs.
• Save Flight Details:
• Once you find a suitable flight, you can save it to your trip by clicking on the ‘Save to Trip’ option.
• Search for Hotels:
• Similarly, search for hotels by entering your destination and travel dates.
• Review the search results and save your preferred hotel to your trip.
• Search for Car Rentals:
• Search for car rentals by entering your pick-up location and dates.
• Compare options and save the best choice to your trip.

Step 5: Organize Your Trip

• Review Saved Items:
• Go back to the ‘Trips’ section and review all the saved items (flights, hotels, car rentals).
• You can organize your itinerary by dragging and dropping items as needed.
• Add Notes and Attachments:
• Add notes, documents, or any additional information to each item in your itinerary for easy reference.

Step 6: Share and Collaborate

• Share Your Trip:
• Click on the ‘Share’ button to invite family members or friends to view and edit the trip (beware, sharing through the KAYAK site will not include your name or contact information. 
• You can share via email or by generating a shareable link.
• Send your trip to your VacationWiser travel agent (please note you cannot travel until 60 days after your approval): ashumate@vacationwiser.com / 516-990-1598 and make sure to include your name, contact information (email & phone number.)
